- What's included in the Personal Beta plan?
- The Personal Beta is completely free and includes AI import, inspections, 5S checklists, dashboard, and access to one location with up to 3 templates. There's no time limit — upgrade when you're ready.
- How does the Small Business plan work?
- Small Business is $20 CAD/month, or $200 CAD/year when billed annually (2 months free). It includes everything in Personal, plus unlimited templates, locations, team members, recurring tasks, role-based access, CSV import, and multi-location dashboards.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Enterprise starts at $100 CAD/month, or from $1,000 CAD/year when billed annually (2 months free). It includes everything in Small Business, plus increased data rates, a dedicated onboarding call, and priority feature requests.
- Can I start free and upgrade later?
- Yes. Your data and templates carry over automatically. Upgrading adds capacity and unlocks advanced features without starting over.
- What happens to the free Beta tier when the beta ends?
- The Personal Beta is free while ComplyCam is in beta. When the beta ends, Personal accounts move to a free Personal tier with the same one-location limits — we will email you in advance, nothing is charged without your approval, and your data and templates stay intact.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees. For Enterprise plans we offer a rollout call at no charge to help you configure templates and onboard your crew.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free: Small Business is $200 CAD/year instead of $240, and Enterprise starts at $1,000 CAD/year instead of $1,200.
